One log can be 100 cm in diameter and 25-50 meters high. Single Sialang tree can usually be inhabited by 30-100 nest colonies. Where each nest can contain 10 kilograms of genuine honey.  The process of taking honey is unique. Because it is done by a group of people called a pawang madu (honey handler). A special way is needed so that the honeylings do not get squeezed along with the hive. And so that honey does not turn black and sour.  Honey nests that store honey are harvested by honey handlers, passed down to greeters, drained and then squeezed to take honey. Honey from trees has a relatively high water content of around 22-24 percent.But, for those of you who want to feel the pleasure quickly, Sialang Honey is sold along the edge of the Pelalawan East Road road. With prices that are not too expensive, honey can be bought in kilograms.  Usually honey is packed in bottles of mineral water drinks. This honey has become a mainstay commodity after its properties are widely known by the public. In addition to maintaining endurance, many other benefits are obtained when consuming this original honey. Many tourists also make Honey Sialang as a souvenir when visiting pelalawan.
